That with Ultimate Followups you can find any contact or person on your contact list having a first, middle or lastname starting with any letter in the alphabet with a single mouse click.
In the toolbar above the contact list, you will find buttons for all the letters of the alpabet. Clicking one of these buttons will show only contacts having a first, middle, or last name starting with the letter you clicked on.
This comes in very handy when you need to find a person on your list, and can only remember the persons first or last name.
You can also set your own name filter with a single click on a button.
